Forests of Rain- an exploration of Gondwana Forest

A compilation of works exploring the intricate ecosystems of the Gondwanan Rainforests, focusing on their ancient symbiotic systems and their role in rain-making. With a central concern for the impacts of climate change, the project blends field philosophy, observational art, storytelling, academic literature, and scientific research. Through collaboration with Griffith University and their climate adaption team, the residency will produce material that will contribute to the development of publication that weaves together artistic, poetic, and scientific narratives to deepen public understanding of these fragile and vital ecosystems.
